Strength Through Strides is inspired by the incredible organizations working tirelessly to combat sexual assault and domestic violence. We believe in shining a light on their amazing work, as they are truly changing the world. Their impact wouldn’t be possible without the generosity and kindness of people like you.
Strength Through Strides is an advocacy and empowerment organization that goes around the country, raising awareness about sexual assault and undergoes athlete feats to give hope to survivors they aren’t alone and are so strong. We also offer sponsorships for women to attend healing retreats in Virginia for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
UCLA Rape Treatment Center
The Rape Treatment Center provides free, comprehensive, state-of-the-art treatment for sexual assault victims – adults and children – 24 hours a day, including highly specialized emergency medical care, forensic/evidentiary services, counseling, advocacy, accompaniment, and information about rights and options to help victims make informed choices and decisions
Saprea
At Saprea, we seek to liberate individuals and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts. To fulfill this mission, we offer resources that help parents reduce the risk of their children being impacted by sexual abuse. We also offer services to support survivors in their healing.
Project Horizon
Project Horizon‘s mission is to end domestic, sexual, and dating violence by empowering survivors, providing a safe space for victims, and educating the community.
Joyful Heart Foundation
Their work is paving the way for innovative approaches to treating trauma; igniting shifts in the way the public views and responds to sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse; and reforming and advancing policies and legislation to ensure access to justice for survivors.
Rape Crisis Hotline
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Rape Crisis Hotline provides survivors of sexual violence and their significant others immediate support, crisis intervention and referrals for the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
